What Our Graduates Are Saying

Career Opportunities in Business Administration

What a Business Management Degree Can Change

A business management degree doesn't just teach you concepts. It changes how you think about problems, how you communicate with people, and how you present yourself as a leader.

Siba's program is built for working adults in St. Louis who are serious about moving up but can't put their lives on hold. Classes are small. Schedules are flexible. And you'll learn from instructors who've actually managed teams, run businesses, and navigated the same challenges you're facing.

If you've been thinking a business management degree is out of reach, we think Siba might change your mind.

Your business degree opens doors to careers in marketing, advertising, accounting, human resources, management, sales, and event planning. Healthcare administration is growing fast (20%+ over the next decade). You could also work in nonprofit management, sports, sustainability, or real estate.

Our graduates work at Edward Jones, Enterprise, US Bank, St. Charles County Court House, and U City School District. They run their own businesses. They manage teams and build careers they're proud of.

Located in downtown St. Louis, we're right in the middle of the business world. Our faculty includes professionals with 12 years at Boeing and MBAs from Washington University. They teach you what actually works, not just theory.

Want to explore different career paths in business administration? We'll help you find the right fit.

What Business Graduates Earn

Business skills are in demand — and the pay reflects it. Here's what the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports for common business careers, as of May 2024:

Human Resources Specialist: $72,910 median annual salary
General and Operations Manager: $102,950 median annual salary
Marketing Manager: $161,030 median annual salary

As a group, business and financial workers earn a median of $80,920 a year. That's well above the national median of $49,500 for all workers. And management jobs are projected to grow faster than average through 2034, with roughly 1.1 million openings expected every year.

Siba's Business Administration program — whether you choose the 18-month Associate of Applied Science degree or the 3-year Bachelor of Science degree — is built to prepare you for these roles right here in St. Louis. You'll graduate with practical skills and real credentials that employers recognize.
