Business Administration
A degree in Business Administration will teach you the basic skills of running a business or nonprofit and increase your earning potential. Our Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science degree programs include classes in business management, computer software, marketing, advertising, and customer service that provide our students with the modern education today’s employers are seeking. Siba Business Administration graduates work for large corporations, manage small businesses, and start companies of their own using the valuable skills they’ve honed while on our campus.

Business skills are in demand — and the pay reflects it. Here's what the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports for common business careers, as of May 2024:
Human Resources Specialist: $72,910 median annual salary
General and Operations Manager: $102,950 median annual salary
Marketing Manager: $161,030 median annual salary
As a group, business and financial workers earn a median of $80,920 a year. That's well above the national median of $49,500 for all workers. And management jobs are projected to grow faster than average through 2034, with roughly 1.1 million openings expected every year.
